Warranties

1) Haxton's Canvas & Upholstery, Inc. warrants that every product will be free of defects in material or workmanship for one year from date of retail purchase to the original purchaser. This coverage is on a repair or replace basis as determined by Haxton's Canvas & Upholstery, Inc. upon receipt and inspection of goods. Return shipping and costs to Haxton's Canvas & Upholstery, Inc. will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.

2) This warranty does not apply to;

   a) misuse

   b) neglect

   c) accident

   d) improper installation

   e) harsh chemicals,

    f) water/ice accumulation or “pocketing”

   g) alterations to the original design

   h) improper packaging in return shipments to a Haxton's Canvas & Upholstery, Inc. location

   i) allowing any sharp object to come in contact with the canvas or upholstery

   j) corrosion or damage from salt water

   k) installation of snap fasteners other than those installed by Haxton's Canvas & Upholstery, Inc.

   l) seepage or leakage of sewn seams

   m) towing of collapsible top.

IN NO EVENT WILL Haxton's Canvas & Upholstery, Inc. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES related to the failure of any product sold or given.

3) Haxton's Canvas & Upholstery, Inc. limits and refers to the warranty of materials  provided by the manufacturer and therefore, does not express or imply any extended performance of their product.

4) Proper care, maintenance, handling and storage of the canvas and upholstery products is required to maintain this warranty.

5) All consumer warranty claims must be processed through Haxton's Canvas & Upholstery, Inc. Proper documentation, i.e. sales order number and date of purchase, is required.

6) Warranty is non-transferable.

​Shipping and Delivery

Haxton's Canvas & Upholstery, Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, in special cases, Haxton's Canvas & Upholstery, Inc. may choose to ship merchandise to Canada, Mexico and other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site or in store pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Sales Tax

Haxton's Canvas & Upholstery, Inc. charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Return Policy

No return will be accepted for special order or custom products. Returns require prior authorization. Please contact Haxton's Canvas & Upholstery, Inc. if you need to return an item. Haxton's Canvas & Upholstery, Inc. reserves the right to change its procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
